New flooring throughout the ground floor of our house.
Went to the shop for advice. A Few days later John came to our house, with floor samples, to give practical advice.
No pushy sales pitch, good information.
Ordered the floor and made an appointment for fitting approximately 8 weeks later, at our request.
9am sharp John an his colleague arrived and at 4pm everything was fitted, finished tidied up as if nothing had happened except for the fact we now have a fantastic new floor of high quality.
