Edigit - Etten-leur, Netherlands

Due to an international transfer cost we owed them 12 euros (on a 500 euro bill). We were not aware of this cost. When told of the cost (via third parties - they did not bring it up with us) we investigated and discovered we did in fact owe this money. We also noticed they owed us 90 euros of reverse charged VAT. Edigit insisted we pay the additional cost, but refused to return our VAT.

They actively slandered my family stating that we do not pay our bills. They also retroactively, and wrongly, claimed a horse we had sold had failed a medical check. Awful business, unpleasant people.
