Review of Hairin Stylist

The woman cutting my hair messed up hugely:
1) I asked her to style my hair straight which you can easily do with a blow dryer, but was not trained well enough to blow-dry it straight.
2) She washed and dried my hair BEFORE cutting making it uneven because my natural hair is curly.
3) She started cutting with the wrong hairline and had to cut more off to fix it.
4) She charged me extra to straighten my hair but only straightened the visible hair, which was unacceptable.
5) She used oil in my hair and applied it to the top of my hair making it look very greasy.
Overall, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to serve me even though I had made an appointment and arrived on time. Nice people but terrible service.
